Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales, party bookings, and service purchases made through Flip Air are final. We operate a strict no-refund policy for all activities and events.

Rescheduling your booking

Every booking includes one free self-service reschedule, available through the “Reschedule my booking” link in your confirmation email. You can move your booking to any available session, subject to the following timing:

• Bookings made in advance can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked session.
• Bookings made on the day of the session can be rescheduled up to 3 hours before the booked session.
• Each booking can be rescheduled this way once. After that, or once the window has passed, contact our team.

Cancellations

Cancellations are handled by our team and cannot be made self-service. We are unable to make partial refunds or adjustments to a booking — a booking can only be cancelled and refunded in full, at the discretion of FlipAir management. To request a cancellation, use our cancellation request form or email admin@flip-air.co.uk with your booking reference.

Any exceptions to this policy—including the issuance of partial or full refunds, account credits, or the authorization to reschedule a booking outside the windows above—are made solely at the absolute discretion of FlipAir management. We reserve the right to decline any refund request.

If you have questions regarding your booking, or if you believe you have exceptional circumstances you would like us to review, please contact our team directly:
